Garden Cafe online pre-purchase is closed. Tickets may be purchased onsite.

Meal Tickets: Apple/Google Wallet or QR Codes, Not Paper Tickets

  • WCKCM supports Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Our recommended first choice is for every attendee with their own compatible phone to install and use their Wallet pass instead of relying on a wristband or badge for meals and QR/NFC check-in.
  • Each attendee must present their own credential. Children and others without their own compatible phone may use the attendee-specific wristband or badge issued at check-in.
  • Register everyone who will eat—including children and spouses—and select meal tickets for each attendee. Adults may redeem multiple meals at once.
  • If eligible onsite meals are used after pre-purchased tickets run out, they are automatically billed at the $16 onsite price by default.

Meal purchase and family-pool settings can be changed in the Portal - Meals & Updates. If you are already signed in, the link opens your portal directly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Through July 4: refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  • July 5 through July 17: 50% refund.
  • After July 17: no refund.
